Gorgeous, fairly clean hotel with clean facilities. Excellent location, a short walk to everywhere.

We didn't have time, but we would stay here again. All in all everything was fantastic, had a really really nice stay on a vacation. The breakfast was good hot and included.

I recently stayed at Hyatt Place in Kansas City and had a fantastic experience. The front desk staff was amazing, greeting us with a warm smile and providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spotless and well-appointed, with modern appliances and a comfortable bed. The grab-and-go breakfast bags were a thoughtful touch, and they even accommodated my early morning request. it was a wonderful stay and I can recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The venue's position was central. The room I booked was kept very clean and available with sofa, the couch plus bath.

That was great modern hotel set in new area, very close to all the baseball fields as well as public market. Brand-new and great-sized room for what we needed with the couch, sofa, bath.

The room was modern, clean, and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had convenient facilities, including a bar and a delicious restaurant called Ignite. It was located just off the highway, making transportation easy.

High quality dishes, central location to a quickly developing area. Also - not far from several restaurants and grocery and a basketball tournament and the fitness center.

The hotel was spotlesswith modern interior and nestled in a nice building. The location was absolutely perfect - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Got a good hot breakfast served.

Magnificent location to Legler Barn Museum. Walking distance to a public market and a market across the street. Great-sized & brand-new rooms with bath and sofa bed, as for instance. With coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge.

The room was wonderfully appointed and exceptionally clean, had exceptionally comfortable and included tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator. The breakfast was nice hot with lots of options. The location was great for traveling around Lenexa, next to Lenexa, and a local soccer tournament. Enjoyed Grand Street Cafe, it was a super close walk to the hotel and offered nice treats.
